Welcome to Shelfman. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, using, or accessing any services or products provided by Shelfman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.2 Modifications
Shelfman reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Availability
We aim to provide accurate information on product availability. However, Shelfman does not guarantee that all products displayed will always be in stock. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2.2 Custom Orders
For custom orders, including shelving units or stainless steel products, the specifications will be agreed upon before production. Once the agreement is finalized, any changes to the order may incur additional costs.
2.3 Wholesale Services
As a shelf and stainless steel products wholesaler, Shelfman offers bulk purchasing options. Terms for wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and lead times will be discussed and agreed upon separately in your wholesale agreement.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) included GST and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping, or handling fees unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Methods
Shelfman accepts payments through credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure methods. All payments must be made in full before products are shipped, unless a credit agreement has been approved.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Terms
Shipping costs and delivery times will be determined based on your location and the size of your order. We aim to process orders promptly, but delivery times may vary.
4.2 International Shipping
For international customers, additional customs fees and taxes may apply. Shelfman is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 Returns
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Certain custom orders may not be eligible for returns.
5.2 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may incur a fee depending on the stage of production.
6. Warranty
6.1 Product Warranty
Shelfman products are covered by a warranty for a period of 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
6.2 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact Shelfman with your proof of purchase and details of the defect. We will assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement as appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shelfman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.
